It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Sheppard Keen of Harrisville, Mississippi, born in Pelahatchie, Mississippi, who passed away on February 22, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Thomas Atley Sheppard and Lottie Belle Winstead; her husband James Ray Keen of Harrisville, MS; her son Michael Gordon Keen; her friend Harvey "Buddy" Carpenter of Mitchells, VA.; her children, Robin Gilbert and Bruce Keen; and her grandchildren, Kevin Gilbert (Kim Hodges), Dr. Andrea Gilbert (Benny Bologna) and John Gilbert (Lisa Lindsey).

In lieu of flowers, a commemorative donation is suggested to the Norfolk Botanical Gardens.
