It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Franlkin Traylor of Harrisville, Mississippi, born in Jackson, Mississippi, who passed away on May 6, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Claudette Traylor; his son Lewis Randall "Randy" Traylor; his father Frank Giles Traylor; his sister Brenda Traylor Cockrell; and his nephew Jackie Traylor.

He is survived by : his significant other Frank Adams. He is also survived by cousins, other family, and friends.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Holly Grove Baptist Church. A burial was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at the Holly Grove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorials be sent to the Holly Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
