It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Shamburger Dossett of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband A. C. Dossett; her parents, E. A. Shamburger and Annie Shamburger; and her sisters, Sarah Taylor, Bobbie Jean Baronich and Marlene Lee.

She is survived by : her sons, Kenny Dossett of Hattiesburg, MS and Andy Dossett of Jackson, MS. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home (205 Bay St, Hattiesburg, MS 39401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home Chapel (205 Bay St, Hattiesburg, MS 39401).
