He was predeceased by : his son David Martin; his parents, William Warren and Lizzie Adcock; and his siblings, Lamar Adcock, Lennis Adcock, Norman Adcock, L. D. Adcock, Leonard Adcock and Ina Jean Thornton.

He is survived by : his children, Michael Adcox (Rhonda), Melissa Bufkin (Ken), Kathy Abraham (Matthew), Kemberly Adcox, Debra Bufkin (Jackie), Penny Woods (Michal), Judy Willingham and Betty Davis; and his brothers, Bartley Adcock, Ernest Adcock, Johnnie Paul Adcock and Prentis Adcock. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
