It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Emma Jean Rainwater of Horn Lake, Mississippi, born in Nettleton, Mississippi, who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Rethie Smith and Fredric Josephus Smith; her husband Willie B. Gall; her children, Peggy Ann Manning and Philmore Charles Gall; her brothers, Clifford Smith and Dub Smith; and her grandson Peter Manning.

She is survived by : her son Little Bill Gall (Agnes) of Horn Lake, MS.; her grandchildren, Barney Robertson (Sandy), Laurel Ellis (Guy), Paul Manning (Amy), Bobbie Bailey and Chris Lane (Marcie); her great grandchildren, Sarah Boyles (Josh), Claudia Manning (Raul), Joshua Monaghan (Melissa) and Matthew Monaghan; and her great great grandchildren, Maddie Monaghan, Katie Monaghan, LJ Monaghan and Arthur Boyles.
