He was predeceased by : his mother Mary Leona Murphree of Washington. He is survived by : his father Luther Burt Murphree, Sr. of Houlka; his sisters, Pamela Hastings (Bryan) of New Albany and Melissa Murphree of Houlka; his niece Jessica Laster (John) of New Albany; his great-niece Sheyenne Laster; and his nephew Cody Laster. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
