He is survived by : his aunt Mamie D. Standfield; his son Devonte Cortez Bynum; his aunts, Bobbie J. Gates and Mamie Stanfield (Lee); and his siblings, Sharon Conner (Clarence), Tony Gates, Rodney (ZaaVonne), Harvey Gates Jr. (Kell) and Michael Gates (Erica).
