She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman Alfred Johnson and Eleanora Olympia Paulsen Johnson; her former life partner Marvin Edward Pearson; her sisters, Lorrayne Bushek and Conelee Rude; and her grandson Mark Johnson Pearson.
She is survived by : her spouse U. S. Marine (Marvin Pearson) of Houston, MS; her children, Nola Gibson, Ron Pearson (Kay), Marty Pearson, David Pearson (Leigh), Penny Placke (Dale), Janet Warrington (Marty) and Laura Owens; her sister Pat Olson of Westby, WI; and her grandsons, Jeremy Gibson, Heath Pearson, Colby Pearson, Jack King, Luke Warrington, Daniel Warrington, Ben Warrington, Caleb Owens and Campbell Owens. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Presbyterian Church of Houston, MS, and French Camp Children's Home, French Camp, MS, in which she took a special interest.
