It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmie Faye Knox of Houston, Mississippi, born in Kennett, Missouri, who passed away on July 15, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew Jackson Ray and Clara Bell Weaver Ray; and her husband Melvin Morris "Jack" Knox. She is survived by : her children, Kathy Crosswhite (Ronnie) of Tupelo, Rick Knox (Annette) of Clermont, FL, Bobby Knox (Suzanne) of Ellisville, MS and Nathan Knox of Mathiston, MS.; her grandchildren, Dr. Brad Crosswhite (Angie), Megan Dennington (Matt), Luke Knox (Suzy), Katie Anna Holifield (Kyle), Lacey Ledlow (Troy), Lindsey White (Brandon), Kerri Ashland Lofton (John), Dr. Tyler Crosswhite (Maryn), Shelby Whitten (Trey), Hannah Craig (Grayson) and Charlie Knox (Abbie); and her siblings, Betty Clark (late Rad), Jackie Ray (Sherry), Donna Holst, Patsy Aubuchon (Bobby) and Marilyn "Susie" Halldorson (Ed). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
