She was predeceased by : her parents, Marcus Johnson and Beulah Flatt Johnson; her husband Hurley Kendell Counce; her daughter Diane Davis; and her sisters, Louise Durbin and Marie Antis.
She is survived by : her children, Larry Counce (Mary) of Counce, TN and Trudi McClain (Jerry) of Cumming, GA; her grandchildren, Tony Mathes, Snookey Boren (Jeff), Melissa Simrell (Michael), Paul Maceri (Kathryn), Chris Davis (Chas), Sarah Counce and Laura Keith; her son-in-law Avery Davis of Counce, TN; and her siblings, Marc Johnson (Brenda) of St. Louis, MO, C. D. Johnson (Dorothy) of Anchorage, Alaska and Shirley Keck (Fran) of Gwinnett, GA. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
