He is survived by : his mother Shirley Penn; his sister Gaynell Toomer (David); and his siblings-in-law, Garry Blakeney (Karen), Jeff Blakeney, Edith Shattles (Rainer) and Regina Gable. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
