He is survived by : his wife Donna Turner Britt of Indianola; his children, Cristin Britt Beshears of Tallahassee, Florida and John Elton Britt, II (Sunshine) of Indianola; his brother A. E. Boyer Britt, Jr. of Indianola; and his granddaughters, Grace Hamilton Beshears, Caroline Turner Beshears, Suzanne Whitelaw Beshears, Brianna Presley Britt and Mary Madeline Britt.
