He is survived by: his son Gary Phelps (Tammy); his grandchildren, Amanda Murray (Chris) and Donald Phelps; his great grandchildren, Ayla Lofthouse, Jacqueline Murray and Audra Murray; his brother Jerry Skinner (Dorothy); his sister-in-law Linda Skinner; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Skinner Pugh (Dave), Rebecca Skinner Whitehead (Jimmy), Etta Carden (Buck), Tammy Green, William Skinner, Joseph Skinner (Paula) and Bryon Skinner (Amelia).
