He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. White; his parents, Alvie White and Emer Gene Highland White; and his siblings, Raymond White, Polly White Blocker and Shirley White Walker.

He is survived by: his children, Earnest Lee White, Jr. (Shannon) and Jessica Ann Massie (Robert); and his siblings, Billy R. White and Nellie White Lomenick. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
