She was predeceased by: her former husband George Arwood Sr.; her husband Lennis Purvis; her parents, Jimmy Lightbourne and Harritte Lightbourne; and her siblings, Betty Beck and Lee Harrison.
She is survived by: her sons, George Arwood Jr. (Jeannie) and James Arwood (Jonni); her sister Mary Thomas (Joe); her grandchildren, Cody Arwood, Abby Arwood, Sophia Arwood and Thomas Arwood; her niece Tammy Emerson; her nephew David Roberts; and her stepchildren, Trish Bell and Jamie Purvis.
