With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jewell Wingo of Iuka, Mississippi, who passed away on June 9, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wiley Wingo; her parents, Sterling Lomenick and Ruby Brown Lomenick; her son Roger Wingo; and her siblings, Shirley Robinson, Linda Arnold, Luther "Brownie" Lomenick, James Lomenick, Roy Lomenick and Tommy Lomenick.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Gwatney (John) and Dennis Wingo (Debbie); her daughter-in-law Diana Wingo; her sisters, June Luttrell and Diane Johnson; her grandchildren, Bryan, Annie Gwatney, Jonathan, Carrie Sanders, Kellie Gwatney, Chris, Mary Elizabeth Wingo, Isaac, Marissa Wingo, Becky Wingo, Seth Wingo, Chance Wingo, Jason, Hope Powell, Channing and Elizabeth Stanfield; and her great grandchildren, Kipton, Kannon Stanfield, Chaise, Meredith, J. P., Brittany, Allie, David, Maggie Sanders, Beaux Gwatney, Corbin, Libby, Isaiah, Asher, Carson and Myla Wingo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
