He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Ruth and Herbert Cowart. He is survived by : his wife Dawn Camille Cowart; his daughter Rachel Smith Karnes (Christopher); his pets, D. B. and Misty; his children, Gunner, Camille, Tanker, Luke and Cotton; and his brothers, Boyd Cowart and Todd Cowart (Maria). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
