He was predeceased by: his wife Dolly Faye Draper; his parents, Kenneth Vernon Draper and Toni Draper; and his brothers, Roderick Vernon Draper and Michael A. Draper.

He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Dean Draper Jr., Thomas Sutherland Draper (Michelle) and Robert Michael Draper (David Marshall Atkinson); and his grandchildren, Zyler Draper-Atkinson, Kayden Draper and Atkinson.
