He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha Davis; and his father Bobby Ray Davis. He is survived by: his mother Elsie Mae Gray; and his sisters, Carolyn Farr (Tommy), Gail Keymon (Dannie) and Sandra Davis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends, and family; and his friends and co-workers.

Donations may be made in Michael's honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
