She was predeceased by: her husband James Prewitt; her parents, Clester South and Allie Frances Scruggs South; and her son James Brett Prewitt. She is survived by: her siblings, Louise Lambert (Roger), Sam South (Shelia) and Roy South (Annette); and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Wilmeth and Hilda Weddington (Gene). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made in Mrs. Wanda's honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
