He was predeceased by: his father James L. Barber, Jr.; and his grandparents, Manciel Jackson and Betty Barber-Williamson. He is survived by: his mother Martha Taylor-Barber; his grandmother Georgetta Moody-Taylor; his siblings, Alisha Smith of Memphis, TN, Angela Barnette of Shreveport, LA, Candice, Demetric Cross of Greenville, MS, Dominique Barber (Shannon) of Azle, TX and Dominique King of Greenville; his cousins, Marcus Taylor, Anthony Taylor, Jocelynn King, Karrie King and Rachel King; and his friends, Marquisse Kirkham, Rashad K. Lewis and Elijah Carter. He is also survived by two nieces, three nephews and one great niece.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Redmon Funeral Home - Greenville (472 N Broadway St, Greenville, MS 38701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Way Church (2315 US-82, Greenville, MS 38703). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at the Lakewood Cemetery - Greenville.
