He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin (B. F.) and Iola Estella Booth Sullivan; and his siblings, Victor Sullivan, Dewitt Sullivan, Lemon Sullivan, Benjamin Sullivan and Donnie Sullivan Wallace.
He is survived by: his brother Joseph Sullivan (J. B.); and his sisters-in-law, Marcella Kaye Sullivan, Dorothy Jean Sullivan, Celia Grant, Willie Jean Barnes and Debra McGee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the Family suggests donations in remembrance of Dr. Otha R. Sullivan to Alcorn State University to support student scholarships.
