She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Lewis, Jr.; her brother Robert Earl Nowlin; and her nephew Robert Earl Nowlin, Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Donnie Nowlin and Corine Nowlin; and her daughters, Donna Sherrie Johnson, Carla Marie Welborn (Mike) and Belinda Rene Davis. She is also survived by grandsons, Michael (Terri) Daily, Adam Buckley, Jackson Davis, Logan Davis and Corin Davis, along with other family and friends.
