She was predeceased by: her husband Pablo Simental Hernandez, Sr.; her parents, Celso Aparicio and Carmen Mirano; her daughter Rosalia Hernandez; her granddaughter Cristina Castro; and her brothers, Manuel Aparicio and Juan Aparicio.
She is survived by: her children, Graciela Menchaca (Alberto), Cristina Hernandez (Franklin Castro, Sr.), Pablo Hernandez, Jr. (Kristen Eaton), Ricardo Hernandez, Ana Stoufflet (Michael) and Adriana Vinson (Scott); and her brothers, Lorenzo Aparicio (Hortencia) and Enrique Aparicio (Blanca). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
