He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Rochelle Fields; his sons, Jeremy Lee Fields and Robert Hall; and his parents, Spencer Fields and Vallie Fields.
He is survived by: his son James Fields; and his siblings, Alice Irene Snow, Gladys Kay Neihl, Webster Fields, Spencer Fields, Perry Fields, Anthony Fields and Tracy Fields. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
