It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Seal Necaise (Kiln, Mississippi), who passed away on October 21, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer William Seal and Cora Rozia Ladner; her husband Frank R. Necaise; her daughter Donna Dougherty Jones; and her sisters, Louvenia Cuevas Roberd, Geneva Lee, Emma Westbrook, Gladys Cain and Irene Bilbo Shaw.
She is survived by: her daughter Frances "Fran" Rawls; her son-in-law Archie Rawls; her grandchildren, Franklin "Frankie" Dougherty, Sr. (Pauline), Theresa Dougherty, Lester Dougherty, Jr., Robert "Bobby" Dougherty (Joleen), Jennifer Rawls Beach (Lanny) and Stephen Rawls (Casey); her siblings, Elizabeth Fail and Robert "Bobby" Seal (Carolyn); and her nephew Noel Moran. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren.
