She was predeceased by: her son Michael O'Neill; and her stepdaughter Beth Cleaver. She is survived by: her husband Larry O'Neill; her stepdaughter Laura (Ray Palmer); her granddaughters, Katherine and Allison; and her brother Marcel Cornibert (Dianne).
