He is survived by: his wife Pat Ruffin of Laurel, MS; his children, Connie Williams (Terry), Tonya Parish (Scott) and Kyle Ruffin (Katie); his grandchildren, Matthew Williams (Emily), Haley Haigler (Daniel), Zach Parish (Jayci), Chelsea Blackledge (Jay), Nolan Ruffin and Nick Ruffin; his great grandchildren, Bryton Williams, Kambry Williams, Mattilyn Haigler, Lydia Haigler, Sydney Haigler, Coraline Haigler, Finley Parish, Fisher Parish, Kennedy Blackledge and Knox Blackledge; his sisters, Nelda Herrington (Tom) and Ruby Copeland (Jim); and his brother-in-law Boyd Hill (Charlotte).
