She is survived by: her husband Tyler Smith; her daughters, Samantha Beth and Sarah Beth; her parents, Michael Chandler and Tammie Chandler; her sister Ashley Smith; and her mother-in-law Joann Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
