She is survived by : her husband William Milton 'Peanut Loper; her children, Dean Loper (Donna), Marvin Loper (Keri), Dustin Loper (Angela) and Teresa Walker (Tim); her grandchildren, Dylan Loper (JoAnn), Matthew Walker (Katie), Kelsey Cliburn (Austin), Steven Loper (Kacie) and Lauryn Loper; her great grandchildren, Colson Loper and Rhett Loper; and her siblings, Kenneth R. Smith (Peggy), Virginia Grafton and Barbara Rainer McCree (Greg). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
