He is survived by: his wife Belvia Holifield of Laurel, MS; his son James Ray Holifield (Donna); his brother Clarence Holifield; and his grandchildren, Brent Holifield, Eric Holifield, Skyla Gaw (Lee), Rebecca Smith (Tyler), Heather Holifield, Alisha Holifield, Melissa Holifield, Jennifer Holifield and Danielle Carney (Scooter). He is also survived by one great great grandchild and sixteen great grandchildren.
