He is survived by: his wife Betty Ferrell Mayfield Weathersby; his children, David Lancaster (Ruthie), David Ray Weathersby (Sarah), Jennifer Rau (Chris), Melissa Weathersby, Michelle Tebo (Darren) and Kristie Lingle (Chad); his stepchildren, Joseph D. Mayfield of Wesson, James Mayfield of Wesson and Shonda Mayfield of Hazlehurst; and his sister Janie Kilgore of Laurel. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
