He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Miller (Wayne) of Laurel, MS and Patricia Misner of Kewaskum, WI.; and his grandchildren, Amanda Miller, Ryan Balch, Lauren Miller, Austin Miller and Benjamin Newton.
