He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsey Parish and Elizabeth Parish; his brother Steve Parish; and his grandparents, Buck, Jessie Massey, Dave and Mae Parish.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Reid Parish; his sons, Joseph (Melanie) and Joshua (Christy); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jackson, Makayla, David and Hope; his brothers, Craig (Lisa) and Scott (Tonya); and his brother-in-law James Reid (Tina). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In honor of Duke and in lieu of flowers, the family is asking that you donate to Gideons International so that God's Word can be put in the hands of lost souls.
