She was predeceased by: her husband Nolan Carlton Johnston, Jr.; her parent William Newton Terrell, Sr.; her son-in-law Ruth Janez "Jan" Walley; and her siblings, Ruth Brumfield, Inez Barlow and William Terrell.
She is survived by: her sons, James Nolan "Jim" Johnston (Linda) of McCall Creek and Jonathan Newton "Jon" Johnston (Julie) of Walker, Louisiana; her brother Jerry Terrell of Orlando, Florida; her grandchildren, Jared Walley (April) of New Braunfels, Jason Walley (Wendy) of Ellisville, Jeremy Johnston (Sara) of Orlando, Jaron Johnston of Clinton and Zac Johnston of Walker, Louisiana; and her great grandchildren, Joy Walley, Joshua Walley, Jack Walley, Jacob Walley, Jana Walley, Isaac Johnston and Levi Johnston.
