She was predeceased by: her husband J. W. Spradley; her parents, Ben J. Williams Sr. and Flossie Mae Hill Williams; and her brothers, B. J. (Bonnie Jean), Edward (Arcenia), Dazell (Mary), Robert L. (Lucille) and Ples "Odell" Williams.
She is survived by: her son Joseph "Joe" Wayne Spradley (Laryssa "Lisa" Spradley); her grandchildren, Dannya M. Spradley and Jarred W. Spradley; her brother Billy Ray Willimas (Dellmarie); her sister-in-law Emily Williams (Ples "Odell"); and her brother Tony Johnson.
