She was predeceased by: her husband Roy J. Lowe; and her children, Marcus Lowe and Scarlett Lowe. She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Reed of Hattiesburg and Rachel McNeer of Laurel; and her grandchildren, Randy Short, Regina Gleisner, Kevin McNeer and Monica Craven. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
