He is survived by: his wife Annie Brownlee Herrington; his daughters, Penny Robbins (Randall), Liz Nowell and Cheryl Riley; and his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Brewer and Billy Gene Herrington Sr.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
