It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Rogers of Laurel, Mississippi, who passed away on March 3, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Rogers and Bess Rogers; his sister Marilyn June Rogers; and his son-in-law John Blackledge. He is survived by: his wife Denise Rogers; his daughters, Michelle Blackledge, Melissa Carpenter (Neal) and Melinda Rogers; his grandchildren, Danielle and Ashleigh Carpenter; and his sister Linda Johnson (Wayne). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
