She was predeceased by: her parents, H. M. Cooley and Coley Bankston Cooley; and her husband Glenn Walters. She is survived by: her children, Michael W. Walters (Kathy) of Laurel and Glenda Wittman (William) of Laurel. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
