With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack C. Murphy (Laurel, Mississippi), who passed away on May 31, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Murphy and Mary Murphy; and his wife Betty Hilbun Murphy. He is survived by: his children, Gary Murphy (Debbie) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas and Susie Murphy of Ellisville; his brothers, Carl Murphy of Hattiesburg, Tommy Murphy of Hattiesburg and Jimmy Dale Murphy of Hattiesburg; his grandchildren, Russ Murphy (Amber) and Brandi Murphy Perkins (Phil); and his great grandchildren, Murphy Perkins, Max Perkins, Miles Perkins, Reed Murphy and Addi Murphy.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Big Creek Baptist Church in memory of Jack Murphy.
