He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Stone and Minnie Lee Mathis Stone. He is survived by: his wife Verna Lee Riley Stone; his sons, James Anthony Stone (Nicole) and Timothy Daniel Stone; his siblings, Robert M. Stone (Bobbie) and Evelyn Stone McCarty; and his grandchildren, Reese Koster, Phoebe Stone, Daphne Stone and Gabriel Stone. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
