It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Talmadge Adams (Laurel, Mississippi), born in Wallins Creek, Kentucky, who passed away on September 17, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Retha Adams; his daughters, Connie Groce (Ronnie), Katrina Welch and Priscilla Herrington (Mark); his sister Carrie Allen (Ronnie); and his grandchildren, Ron Groce (Dianne), Kevin Groce, Brandon Groce (Kerstii), Sabrina Bennett (Joey), Keri Mumme (Paul), Adam Herrington (Brittan) and Austin Herrington. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; 4 great -great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
