He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Warner of Laurel; his children, Jim Jr of Wisconsin, Michelle of California and Daniel of California; his stepchildren, Michael of Mississippi, Kristin of Mississippi and Stephen of Indiana; his grandchildren, Brendan, Jamie, Dylan and Chase; and his sisters, Roberta of Pennsylvania and Candi of New Jersey.
