She was predeceased by: her parents, Norma L. Parker and Mac B. Parker. She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Ronnie" Williams; her daughter Krystal W. Powe (Micah); and her siblings, James E. Parker (Edna), Linda Hearn of Myrick, MS and Jean Scruggs. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
