He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Clark and Geneva Clark; his granddaughter Brenna Grace Clark; his daughter-in-law Amber Rosa Clark; and his siblings, Lynda Clark Kendrick and Gene Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Chellie Clark; his sons, Wade Clark (Ty), Jonathan Clark (Charity) and Adam Clark; his grandchildren, Coley Clark, Emily Clark, Camden Clark, Ryder Walters and Blythe Clark; and his sister Sandra Woodard (David). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
