He was predeceased by: his parents, Ima Belle Watts and Leon Watts; and his siblings, Charles Watts, Eugene Watts, Dolphus Watts, Beatrice Cook, Inez Harper, Clemmie Nobles and Floy Waldvogel.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Watts; his children, Michael Watts (Tanya) and Tara Hulgan (Coty); and his great grandchild Mary Garner Hulgan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
