He is survived by: his wife Judith Selman Welborn; his children, Donna Simmons (Lane) of Petal, MS, Larry Dean Welborn, Jr (Christie) of Ellisville, MS and Debbie Mansell (Sammy) of Laurel, MS; his grandchildren, Drew Barefoot, Cassidy Simmons, Brady Simmons, Cody Donald (Kaitlyn), Kayla Donald, Kaitlyn Welborn, Andy Donald, Chaz Welborn, Opal Welborn, Morgan Mansell and Sam Mansell; his great grandchild Winter Rose Donald; and his siblings, Gwen Ward (Jim) of Gulfport, MS, Linda Hobbs (Roger) of Foley, AL, Paul Welborn (Peg) of Gaithersburg, MD and Jerdon Welborn (Brenda) of Laurel, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
