He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia R. Rayburn. He is survived by: his sons, Larry Warren Rayburn, Jr. (Sue), Kendrick Dean Rayburn, Sr. (Ken) and Kelly Burton Rayburn; and his brother J. C. Rayburn. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
