She is survived by: her husband James David Blackledge Sr.; her children, Marie Naquin (Clinton), Kimberly McGrew (Marshall), April Shaw, Rebecca Blackledge, James David Blackledge Jr., Jessie Blackledge, Charles Blackledge, Grady Ainsworth and Jerald Ainsworth Jr.; and her siblings, Michael Graham (Sheryle), Charles Graham (Kathy) and Doris Bradock (Daniel). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
